Mary McKay was the lead teacher in the White Oak classroom, teaching Extended Day Afternoon Kindergarten and has moved over to be the lead in the Elementary I Program. She is excited about reading, writing, literature, math, biology and music. A Montessori kid herself, Mary has a particular love of the Montessori movable alphabet and math materials. Her childhood favorite was The Binomial Cube.
Mary is grateful that her daughters received a wonderful foundation for school and life in the MSGL preprimary and elementary classrooms, and is excited to help pass that gift along to your children.
“The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.” — Dr. Maria Montessori
