Laura Kroh My family and I moved to West Lafayette three years ago, when my son was only 4 months old. We have been members of the MSGL Community since my son attended the Parent-Infant Program in 2016. Ever since joining the Montessori School, we have seen how our son has been growing in so many aspects and how he has become more independent and feeling confident around other people. We have loved the school from day one and appreciate the hard work of all the teachers, staff, and parents to create this caring environment for our children to learn and play. As a family, we have a very diverse background. I was born and raised in Bolivia, to a Bolivian mother and German father. Growing up I attended the German School in La Paz Bolivia. Upon graduating High School, I started my undergraduate studies at Washington State University from where I received my B.A in Business Administration and my MBA a couple of years later. My husband, Angel, is originally from Ecuador, but completed his studies at the University of Idaho and later his Doctorate Degree at Purdue University. After living abroad for 5 years, in Australia and Ecuador, work brought us back to West Lafayette. My husband works in the Agricultural Economics Department at Purdue University as a Research Economist for the Center for Global Trade Analysis while I care for our 3-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter. In the past, I was a Professional Family Photographer in Quito, Ecuador and prior to that a Manager in the Business Advisory practice at Ernst & Young and worked in their Seattle and Melbourne, Australia offices.
