The Montessori School of Greater Lafayette (MSGL), one of only four American Montessori Society accredited schools in Indiana, is holding its 10th Annual Auction April 6th, 2013. MSGL is a child-centered educational community for families in the greater Lafayette, Indiana area with approximately 180 children between ages one and nine. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
One of the distinguishing factors of our school is our focus on educating not only children, but families as well. Each year we offer educational programs to parents, open to the public, on topics relating to child growth and development. As a parent-owned and run school, we provide a unique educational choice to Greater Lafayette.
The proceeds from our annual auction have assisted us in increasing our annual scholarship fund to $12,500. It is our hope to continue increasing this fund each and every year so that more children will have the opportunity to attend our school. Auction proceeds have also assisted in increasing each classroom’s curriculum materials budget, provided funding for teachers to attend a continuing education conference, and helped fund the expansion and improvement of our outdoor educational space.
We would appreciate your consideration in making a donation to our event. All businesses who donate will be recognized in our auction catalog, school and alumni newsletters and on our website. MSGL is a non-profit organization so your donation is tax deductible.
Sincerely, Corie Wilson Development Director
