Week 1: Spain Under The Sun: Everything Except the Siesta Focus: Art / Music / History Food: Tapas Week 2: Mexico: Lindo y Querido Focus: Piñatas / Flowers / Parades Food: Tacos, Salsa, Guacamole Week 3: Costa Rica: Pura Vida Focus: Rain Forest / Volcanoes / Surfing Food: Gallo Pinto Furthermore at the forefront of the Summer Camp program is the atmosphere in which to have a really good time. Another big part of Summer Camp is tending to the gardens. Therefore, I believe the horticulture can be a wonderful reason to get your hands dirty and your feet wet. Likewise the Friday Fun Days will continue with the tradition of Bike or Swim Days. A great effort will be made in balancing the spirit of summer with the dynamics of the Montessori Method across the curriculum. - Ana & Machelle
